## A static discovery surface

llms.txt is a convention: markdown published at the site root, listing the public content and the MCP endpoint URL.

Corsen Context generates llms.txt from the owner’s own exposure settings.

## Why both llms.txt and MCP

llms.txt is for discovery — readers that check the file first. MCP `tools/list` is for interaction — clients that want the exact tool contract.
